📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY FAQ
Where’s My Order?
Orders ship out from Los Angeles within 5–7 business days after purchase. It may ship sooner if it’s not a limited drop or a collab item. If an item is exclusive or back-ordered, we’ll let you know at the time of purchase.
Once your order ships, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery (within the U.S.).
If it’s been more than 2 weeks since your order shipped and you still haven’t received it, email us at support@nosaddays.com with your order number and we’ll help you out.
International Orders
For orders outside the U.S., shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks after your package leaves our warehouse. It might take longer depending on your country’s customs process.
Please note:

USPS doesn’t offer tracking for international shipments, but you’ll get a customs number.

Customs delays, fees, or duties are out of our control.

No Sad Days is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged international packages.

Shipping Process
Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This just means it’s getting ready to ship—not that it has already left.
Your tracking may say “Pre-Transit” for a bit. This is normal, especially during busy seasons, since USPS picks up at different times.
After It Ships
Once your order leaves our hands, No Sad Days is not responsible for delivery issues.
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please file a claim with USPS.
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, email us with a new shipping address and we’ll work with you to resend it.
No Sad Days Package Protection
At checkout, you can now add No Sad Days Package Protection to your order for extra peace of mind.
If you choose this option and run into any shipping problems, contact them directly with your protection number and they’ll help fix it.
If you don’t add this protection, we won’t be able to assist once your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
We generally don’t allow cancellations once an order is placed.
However, if you need to change your size or shipping address, email us at support@nosaddays.com right away with your order number—we’ll do our best to help before it ships.
🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Policy
If you purchased the Free Unlimited Returns for Store Credit Add-On during checkout, you can return items at no cost and get a prepaid label through our returns center.
If you didn’t purchase the add-on, we do not accept returns.
Returns must meet these requirements:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

No signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair.

Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Clearance items, sale items, accessories, and mystery bags are final sale and cannot be returned.
Reporting Defects
If you received a defective item, let us know before wearing or washing it or removing tags.
International Returns
We do not currently offer free returns for international orders.
If you need to return something, email us at support@nosaddays.com and we’ll give you the return address.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If your return is accepted, we’ll issue store credit.
Items can only be exchanged once. If you exchange something, the new item can’t be returned again.
💸 PAYMENTS & PROMOTIONS

Discount codes must be used at checkout—we can’t apply them afterward.

We don’t price match past promotions, but reach out and we may offer a discount for your next order.

Promo items (like free gifts) must be returned if you return the rest of the order.

Promo codes can’t be combined unless specifically stated.
