1. Sponsor
No Sad Days (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us”). Contact: support@nosaddays.com.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period (“Entry Period”)
Begins Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 5:30 PM Pacific Time and ends Sunday, July 19, 2026 at 11:59 AM Pacific Time (“Entry Deadline”), immediately before the scheduled kickoff of the final match. Entries received after the Entry Deadline are void and will not be considered, regardless of postmark, send time, or delivery delay.
4. The Underlying Event
The promotion is tied to the outcome of the international soccer final between Argentina and Spain scheduled for Sunday, July 19, 2026 (3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT) (“the Final”). Sponsor has no control over the scheduling, officiating, or outcome of the Final and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or postponements. If the Final does not occur, is cancelled or postponed, or its outcome cannot be determined by Sunday, July 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the promotion, modify the winner-selection method, or select winners from all eligible entries regardless of team outcome. Sponsor will provide notice of any such change on this Official Rules page and, where an email address is available, by email.
5. How to Enter — Two Equal Methods
There are two ways to enter. Both methods carry equal weight and are treated identically for purposes of winner selection.
A. Purchase Entry Method
During the Entry Period, purchase exactly one (1) of the following qualifying products in a single order:
- “For The Cup · Argentina Edition · Black Tee” ($37), or
- “For The Cup · Spain Edition · Cream Tee” ($37)
Completing such a purchase automatically registers one entry for the team corresponding to the tee purchased. Orders that contain both qualifying tees in the same order, or across multiple orders by the same entrant, do not qualify for entry and will be disqualified from the eligible pool. Purchasing additional quantities of the same tee, or placing multiple orders, does not create additional entries (see Section 7, One Entry Per Person).
B. No-Purchase (Alternate) Entry Method
Entrants who do not wish to make a purchase may enter for free by sending an email to support@nosaddays.com before the Entry Deadline with:
- Subject line: exactly “CUP PICK ENTRY — ARGENTINA” or “CUP PICK ENTRY — SPAIN” (entrant must choose only one)
- Full legal name
- U.S. mailing address
- Date of birth
- The one selected team (Argentina or Spain)
An entrant may select only one team via the no-purchase method. Emails that name both teams, omit required information, are incomplete, illegible, or are received after the Entry Deadline are void.
6. One Team Per Entrant
Each entrant must select exactly one team — Argentina or Spain — across whichever method they use. Selecting or qualifying for both teams (e.g., a purchase order containing both tees) voids that entry for purposes of the drawing. Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to identify and exclude disqualifying orders/entries prior to the drawing.
7. One Entry Per Person
Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, and per email address, regardless of entry method or number of qualifying purchases/emails submitted. If multiple entries from the same person are identified, only the first valid entry received will be counted and the rest will be disqualified.
8. Eligible Champion Pool & Winner Selection
Following the conclusion of the Final:
- Sponsor will determine the winning national team.
- All valid, non-disqualified entries (purchase and no-purchase combined) that selected the winning team make up the “Eligible Champion Pool.”
- Sponsor will randomly select three (3) winners from the Eligible Champion Pool using a randomized selection method.
- Entrants who selected the losing team are not eligible to win and will not be entered into any drawing.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries in the Eligible Champion Pool and cannot be determined in advance.
9. Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) No Sad Days gift card with a value of $250 USD. Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $750 USD. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Gift cards are subject to No Sad Days’ standard gift card terms. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.
10. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified via the email address or contact information associated with their entry within five (5) business days after winner verification. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release within a specified time of notification. Failure to respond, sign, or return required documents within the specified time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected notifications.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion, subject to applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
12. Release & Publicity
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance/use of a prize, except where prohibited by law. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, city/state, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners may decline the publicity component where required by law.
13. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this promotion (including no-purchase entries) will be used only to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, fulfill prizes, and for related recordkeeping, consistent with No Sad Days’ Privacy Policy. It will not be sold to third parties.
14. Governing Law
These Official Rules and any dispute arising from the promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where preempted by federal law or where local law of the entrant’s state of residence mandates otherwise.
15. Non-Affiliation / No Endorsement
This promotion is independently operated by No Sad Days. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or in any way affiliated with FIFA, any national soccer federation, any participating national team, or any official tournament organizer. All references to “the Cup” or “the final” refer generically to the described sporting event and do not imply any official partnership, license, or sponsorship. Official tournament names, marks, and logos are not used in connection with this promotion.
