Shipping Availability

DREAM. currently ships within the United States.

Orders are made to order and normally dispatch from Los Angeles within 2-4 business days. Delivery estimates and final shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Free standard US shipping applies to qualifying orders of $120 or more after discounts and before taxes.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking is emailed when an order ships. Carrier scans may take up to 24 hours to appear.

DREAM. is not responsible for carrier delays or an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we will help investigate delivery problems.

Contact support@wearedream.co as quickly as possible if an address needs correction. Changes are not guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins.

Missing or Returned Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be found, check the delivery area, household members, and neighbors, then contact the carrier and DREAM.

If a package is returned to DREAM. because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs unless the error was ours.
