how the donation actually works

every order on nosaddays.com contributes a portion of its subtotal to funding mental health resources. we calculate it from real order data, not marketing rounding:

1. subtotal first. we use the current subtotal of every paid order, not the pre-discount total. the math is honest.
2. refunds and chargebacks subtracted. if an order is refunded or lost to a chargeback, it does not count.
3. a portion goes to mental health. the remainder forms the donation base.
4. sessions funded = dollars ÷ $58. $58 is the average cost of a single subsidized therapy session through our nonprofit partners.

why $58 per session

sliding-scale therapy in the united states ranges from $30 to $150 per session, depending on the provider, state, and partner organization. the $58 figure is the weighted average our nonprofit partners report across their network. one funded session = one hour of professional support for someone who could not otherwise afford it.

where the money goes

we partner with mental health nonprofits that provide direct therapy access, crisis support, and advocacy. the most consistent destinations for our funding:
